The term "personal information" means the information pertaining to an individual who is alive, and which contains information identifying a specific person with a name, a national identification number, or similar in the form of code, letter, voice, sound, image, or any other form (including information that does not, by itself, make it possible to identify a specific person but that enables identification of the specific person easily if combined with other information).
Purpose of collection and use of personal information: PENTA collects personal information as necessary to provide a seamless user experience.
Items of personal information and methods of collection: PENTA may collect various types of personal information, depending upon the purpose of the marketing event, promotion, or subscription. The categories of personal information PENTA collect may include but are not limited to: First and last name, home or physical address (including street name and name of a city or town), email address, and if users subscribe through the website, user subscription information. Furthermore, PENTA may also use personal information collected for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve PENTA’s Services, and customer communications.
Disclosure to third parties: At times PENTA may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with PENTA to provide products and services. Personal information will only be shared by PENTA to provide or improve the company’s products, services, and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information about users or participants may also be used for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance where disclosure is necessary or appropriate. Information may also be disclosed if disclosure is deemed reasonably necessary to enforce PENTA’s terms and conditions or protect business operations or users. Rights of users and their legal representatives and methods for the exercise of such rights: Participants (or legal guardians if under 14 years of age) may review or change collected personal information at any time, and may also request to withdraw consent to PENTA’s collection and use of the collected personal information or to unsubscribe from the Services. Additionally, user’s personal information may be changed by contacting support. Participants are free to contact PENTA’s personal information manager in writing, by phone or by email through the contact information shown below for immediate action. Once the request to have the personal information corrected is processed, PENTA will not use or provide the user’s personal information until it is corrected as requested.

THIS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY ("AUP") is incorporated into the AuthentiCA Service Agreement ("SA") and describes acceptable use of and access to the Services offered by Penta Security Systems Inc. ("PENTA"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AUP. If Customer (or "You") violates this AUP or authorize or help others to do so, PENTA may suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the terms of the SA. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used within this AUP have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms in the SA.
Customer may not use the Services in a manner that PENTA believes:
PENTA has the sole discretion to determine whether Customer’s use of the Services is prohibited. All Customer Content that is provided to PENTA or actions that are performed via [AuthentiCA Site], whether provided or performed by Customer’s employees, Customer’s contractors, or Customer’s customers and end users are the sole responsibility of Customer.
While not obligated to perform investigations, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SA, PENTA may:
PENTA may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. PENTA’s reporting may include disclosing appropriate Account Information. PENTA also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct by providing network and systems information related to alleged violations of this AUP.
Customer may be able to report to PENTA any abuse and/or violation of this AUP to [firstname.lastname@example.org].
PENTA may, at its sole and absolute discretion, modify this AUP from time to time. PENTA will post notice of such changes on the AuthentiCA Website or any other location as provided in the MSA. If Customer objects to any such changes, Customer’s sole recourse shall be to cease using the Services. Continued use of the Services following notice of any such changes shall indicate Customer’s acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
